October starts for real tonight. The Haunted Happenings Grand Parade steps off from Shetland Park at 6:30 and ends up on the Common around 8:15, free, and after that the city does not slow down until November. Here is the week.

The parade ends on the Common around 8:15. Thirstiest Thursday at Koto starts at 9, hosted by Buster Pants with special guests, four minutes away. The timing is almost suspiciously good.
